GOURMET DINING AND BAR
Enjoy meals prepared just for you by our resident gourmet chef, Joseph Martinez. Chef Joseph takes great pride in sourcing locally-grown organic food and growing food right on the property, to create his delicious delicacies. With options available to suit all dietary requirements, to taste Chef Joseph’s food is to want to take him home with you. Our signature Bliss Island red wine is also included with all dinners, as well as an assortment of excellent white wines as well.
Don’t forget to visit our Bliss Bar, where we host a free happy hour every evening at sunset. All guests are provided with unlimited access to coffee, tea, a selection of soda and juice beverages, and purified water. Rooms are also equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker.
